We had a great stay! The room was clean and spacious, and the hot breakfast was a delightful surprise, with generous portions of eggs and bacon. The only downside was the tiny shower space, but the overall experience made it worth it!

Lakelawn B&B And Motel offers an exceptional experience with its charming decor and friendly owner, Matthew. The hot breakfast was made-to-order and featured generous portions, including eggs and bacon, which were delicious. The landscaping and cleanliness of the property stood out, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the location was strategic for my business needs, being close to local eateries and attractions.
The communication regarding breakfast timing could be improved.

Here’s the bottom line
Clean, spacious room with a delightful hot breakfast featuring generous portions of eggs and bacon. The location is prime, just a 5-minute drive to the ferry and within walking distance of great eateries. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable and convenient.

missingWrote a review on Oct 05impressive breakfastcozy ambianceminimal cookware
The breakfast setup impresses with a broad choice, including hot options like eggs, ham, and potatoes that require a pre-order, ensuring freshness. The cozy ambiance mirrored that of a cabin, making for a pleasant and unique lodging experience.
The cookware in the kitchenette seemed minimal, so bringing your own gear is advisable. Lacking a coffee machine and instead offering a water boiler felt a bit off, especially for morning coffee enthusiasts. In the summer, the room can get warm, and while a ceiling fan is provided, more fans would enhance comfort on hotter days. Lastly, the outdoor private area lacked charm, offering little in terms of utility or relaxation space.

the room was dark and sooo dated, like who decorates like this anymore? plus, the bed had hairs on the sheets—utterly disgusting! woudl ve been nice to get a complimentary treat for dealing with such inconveniences, but I guess my expectations were just too high. I almost gave it a decent review, but I just couldn't.

The highs and the lows
Spacious apartment equipped with a full-size modern fridge and a strong hot water supply! We loved the peaceful ambiance and comfortable privacy.
Unfortunately, the dining experience fell short with communication hiccups regarding breakfast timing. a little frustrating.

We had a great stay here with friends! The hot breakfast was made-to-order and the owners were super friendly, giving us tips on local spots to check out. We loved the area, especially visiting the local beaches and exploring nearby hiking trails. It was all clean and very cozy!
The only downside was that the fan in the shower room didn’t clear the steam well, which made things a bit foggy after a hot shower.

The location is ideal, just a short drive from the ferry, making it convenient for travelers. The staff provided outstanding service, swiftly replacing towels and pillows upon request. However, the shower space was quite limited, and the kitchenette lacked adequate cookware. Additionally, the outdoor area offered minimal charm, detracting from the overall relaxation experience.

Highly recommend it for couples!
The owner Matthew was a savior when my wife wanted coffee late at night and he personally brewed it for us in a real cup! The breakfast was very nice, I had a hot meal prepared just for me, bacon and eggs, it was so worth waking up for.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly! but honestly, worth it.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay, even helping with dinner reservations at a local spot. The breakfast options were hearty and a great way to start the day.
The decor was quite outdated, and the bathroom could use some improvements in terms of space.
